The Security Standards Behind Every Job

All drivers are identity-checked, vetted and insured. Vehicles are locked whenever unattended and unmarked handling is available on request for sensitive movements. Every job carries goods-in-transit insurance as standard, and for consignments above standard cover we arrange additional declared-value insurance before the vehicle moves — you tell us the value at booking, and the cover is confirmed in writing with the quote.

Custody is documented at both ends: a signed collection receipt when we take the goods, live GPS tracking while they move, and a named-recipient signature with timestamp at delivery. Nobody except the agreed recipient takes the handover. If your consignment is small, it still gets its own vehicle — a small van keeps a single-case move economical without compromising the model.

Goods-in-transit insurance covers every job as standard, and for higher values we arrange additional declared-value cover before the move. Tell us the value at booking; the cover is agreed and confirmed in writing with your quote, not negotiated after the event.

Are your drivers vetted?

Yes. Every driver on this service is identity-checked, vetted and insured, and your consignment stays with that one driver for the whole journey — there are no transfers and no second pair of hands.

Can the vehicle be unmarked?

Yes. Unmarked handling is available on request for sensitive moves — prototypes, pre-release product, high-value private purchases — and the details of the job are shared only with the people who genuinely need them.

Can I track the consignment while it moves?

Yes. The vehicle is GPS-tracked for the full route and you can have live updates as the job progresses. Because the vehicle is dedicated to your job, the position of the van is the position of your goods.

How does the handover work at delivery?

The driver delivers only to the recipient named at booking, checks identity where you ask us to, and takes a signature with a timestamp. If the named recipient is not available, the driver holds the goods and calls us — nothing is left with a neighbour or a front desk unless you have authorised it.

Is there a minimum or maximum value you will carry?

No minimum. For very high values we simply agree the declared-value cover and any extra security arrangements with you before the job runs. Call us with the details and we will tell you exactly how we would handle it.
